I was born in the Philippines and was only a tiny baby when my family and I moved to the U.S. I grew up in Southern California before coming up to Humboldt County in 2016 to attend HSU where I studied computer science, physics, and chemistry before ultimately deciding to get my degree in geology. All the while, I worked at the HSU campus Queer Resource Center where I helped to organize events and workshops highlighting the importance of expanding intersectionality and inclusivity within activism.
