Originally born and raised in San Rafael, CA, I moved to Seattle in 2016 to attend Seattle University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Environmental Studies. Seattle became a second home where I gained professional experience working for nonprofits, community gardens, and a local Native-owned arts company. As a Karuk descendant, I am grateful to be in Humboldt County and working to support cultural revitalization in California Native communities, and I feel fortunate to be a part of the NCF team.
