I grew up in the Orange County, CA area and moved to Humboldt County area in 2015 to pursue a degree in Criminology and Justice Studies with a minor in Comparative Ethnic Studies at Humboldt State University. I was heavily involved with the local community, volunteering and working for HSU’s Youth Educational Services for four years. After college, I worked for the Jefferson Community Center as a Family Resource Center Liaison before transitioning into social work and working for Humboldt County Health and Human Services from September 2019 to August 2023. I am thrilled to be a member of this community and look forward to collaborative work in this beautiful dynamic location.
