Director
Policy, Advocacy, & Civic Leadership

I am a guest living on unceded Wiyot land, in the southern part of Jaroujiji (Eureka). In my role, I have the good fortune of collaborating with community partners to leverage our collective leadership to create policy change that will contribute to a thriving, just, healthy and equitable region. We are doing that in a big way through the CORE Hub. I love learning how community, governmental, and organizational systems work and what we can do to influence those toward collective equitable interests and values. I have worked at HAF+WRCF for 15 years and have previously been engaged in or led programs in grantmaking, leadership development, and nonprofit capacity building. Prior to coming to the Foundation, I worked in prevention and response to sexualized and intimate partner violence, as well as cooperative business models. You’ll find me out in the world hiking through dunes and forests, dancing, and spending time with my beloveds.
