Keytra is the Director of Advancement & Philanthropic Innovation, serving as deputy director to the Advancement & Philanthropic team and focusing on relationship building and fundraising efforts with regional and national foundations and philanthropic partners. Keytra has worked at the foundation since 2012, where she has held many roles in addition to development, including within programs, strategy, and operations.
Keytra has a degree in Environmental Science. Prior to her work with HAF+WRCF, she focused on salmon recovery and watershed restoration with NOAA Fisheries as a Natural Resource Management Specialist and as Executive Director of the Mattole Salmon Group. Keytra spends her free time traveling with friends and family, swimming in rivers and soaking in hot springs, hiking, thrift and vintage shopping, and relaxing at her home in Arcata, CA.
