Lindsie Bear is the Vice President for Strategic Programs at the Humboldt Area Foundation. Lindsie has served as both the Senior Program Director for the Native Cultures Fund and Vice President of Strategies, Program, and Community Solutions. Lindsie’s background is in community-based publishing, with editorships at News from Native California, Heyday Books, and the University of California Press, which highlighted the power of Indigenous communities in telling their own stories.
